Wiley Insurance Services operates an SMS/text messaging program to communicate with customers and prospective customers regarding insurance quotes, policy information, appointment reminders, and general business communications. By opting in, you consent to receive text messages from Wiley Insurance Services at the mobile phone number you provided.

2. How to Opt In

You may opt in to receive SMS messages from Wiley Insurance Services by:

Checking the SMS opt-in checkbox on any form on our website and submitting the form.

Verbally consenting during a phone call or in-person meeting with our staff.

3. Message Frequency

Message frequency varies based on your interactions with us and your insurance needs. You may receive up to 4 messages per month. Message frequency may increase during active quote or policy review periods.

Message and data rates may apply. Charges are billed by and payable to your mobile service provider. Wiley Insurance Services does not charge for SMS messages, but your carrier’s standard messaging and data rates may apply.

Replying STOP to any text message you receive from us.

After opting out, you will receive one final confirmation message. You will not receive further SMS messages unless you opt back in.
